Sherry has been teaching self-care and wellness seminars around the country since 2001 where participants learn about the benefits of taking time to care for themselves and about the products to use for self-care.
After battling an illness in 2006 and finding holistic solutions to her challenges, Sherry D. Fields became passionate about helping people learn to take control of their health. She learned that when you take responsibility for your health and care for yourself on a daily basis you can add years to your life.
In 2008, Sherry introduced the Juice With Me 10 Day Body Detoxify Program and started teaching classes on how to detoxify and nourish the body through juicing and eating raw, living foods. As a professional health and wellness coach, Sherry supports her clients in establishing and reaching their health related goals. In 2010 Sherry published her first book, Juice With Me, A Handbook for Everyday Juicing.
Sherry has been featured in Essence magazine (September 2005, How to Make $100,000 or more from Home) and the Atlanta Tribune magazine (May 2008, The New CEO's). She was selected in 2006 by Success South Florida Magazine as one of the 50 Most Influential Blacks in South Florida, and in 2000 was honored as a Top 40 Under 40 by the Network Journal Magazine in New York.
A graduate of Stanford University, Sherry also received her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a fellowship from the Consortium for Graduate Study Management. Sherry is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association and active in the Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumni Association. Sherry is an avid gardener, loves traveling to beaches around the world and spending time with family, friends and her dog GG.
